Looking for father in Colombia/Venezuela

Hi all, I'm looking for my biological father who according to my genetic matches is likely from Colombia (Pamplona or Bucaramanga perhaps), possibly Venezuela. His name as I understand is Josue Gomez (I know, very common) and he would be about 60 yrs old now, give or take. I've attached a photo of him from 35 yrs ago. He was in the US and Canada as a shipping/dock worker back then. If anyone may know him please PM. Thanks!
