Hello, my husband and I are new to the adoption process. We are currently living overseas with the military, but are seeking a domestic adoption from Utah as that is where both of our parents live and we feel that would make the adoption process more convenient for us. Does anyone have any personal experience working with an adoption placement agency in Utah? What is considered reasonable for placement agency fees? TIA
