We are looking to complete our family and I believe adoption is right for us, so many children need a loving home. I hope I am not being naive. I am overwhelmed trying to figure out how to start? So many agencies, international or domestic. How do you chose the right agency, do you use multiple agencies. Mainly I guess its confusing what if a child is with one agency and you are with another agency, do they work together? or do orphanages work with multiple adoption agencies?
