ICPC Texas to Utah Just Under 1 Month Now

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums and thank you for reading this! We are trying to adopt an older child from Texas. We have gotten all the way to our ICPC application and are stuck. We are now 25 days and waiting... Utah ICPC (where we live) confirmed today that they haven't received our paperwork. We had a home study done, background checks, fingerprinting all done before we inquired on the child so we're clear there. Anyone have such a wait before with Texas? Should I contact ICPC for Texas? Any insight would be so helpful.
