Dear Forum visitors, thanks for reading my message. I am Russian, by citizenship. But live and work abroad for several years. And now i am in Kenya, AFRICA. Already 2 years i am dreaming of adoption of international child, African or Caribbean. I know that it should be Intercountry agency who service Russian citizens for these needs, but i can't fine any, only American Agency and UK. I do not know what to do, how to start the procedure. Pls. help me with your advice, really appreciate! ANFISA
