Hi, i feel sad, my a-mom told me: <<i'm never happy about you, u must give me more...>>. I think u have to love ur son/daughter just because he exists, love is not based on what you can give. Thoughts? P.S.: im obsessed about my Mother and my Father, do i look like them??

I agree that you "have to " love you son/daughter just because they exist. I don't have to love all of their behavior, and there are even times that I don't enjoy being around them, but I always love them. There's nothing they could do to make that go away.I am so sorry you are feeling conditionally loved by your mom. What "more" does she want? More time? More attention? More assurance that you love her? I do expect my kids to respect me and care about our relationship. I'm their mom. But if they didn't, I would be sad, but I wouldn't stop loving them. I couldn't. I'm their mom! And yes, I do see resemblances to both of the people you posted with your pictures. It's kind of fun to see, isn't it?
