Does it matter if the monitor favors the BM? Does the monitor write a report to court? This monitor drives the BM to the visits. The BM rarely made visits until she found this monitor and now she makes all the visits. The monitor is helping the BM with her case. Isn't a monitor supposed to be neutral?
