In search of any birth family DOB 9-2-75 L.A. CA.

I was born 9-2-1975 in Los Angeles County, birth name was Kristina R. Pennock. Birth mother's maiden name is Vineyard. I was adopted 9-15-1978 through the Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services, located on Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. Knowledge of my adoption was kept from me and it was denied repeatedly throughout my youth. It wasn't until I was an adult and found out accidentally that my adoptive family then confirmed that it was true. I would like to find any birth family that may be out there, or anyone that might have knowledge of the circumstances of my adoption and/or knew or knows any of my birth family.
