I'm hoping a single parent who has succeeded in adoption or is waiting for a match can offer advice. What's been your successes and failures? Has anyone worked with agencies in Louisiana, specifically Catholic Charities?

My second and seventh and eight placements have been from ' Catholic Charities. '
On ' The Other Coast ' or the ' West Coast ' they are ' Stellar , Awesome, ' and they stand higher than most other Agencies!!!
