girl born 08/01/1975 in Fort Wayne, IN looking for birth family

Hi! My name is Jennifer and I was born on 08/01/1975 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. I was born at 2:20PM and was a whopping 8lbs 2oz. I am currently looking for my birth mother, or family that may be out there. I'm not concerned with a meeting, unless they would like contact. However, it would be nice to know my background for genealogy and medical purposes. I am currently awaiting the Non-identifying information, but I do know that I was adopted through Catholic Services with a Jerome Henry as the attorney. My adoption was finalized somewhere around 09/5/1975 or 09/8/1975. I appreciate any leads out there! :) Thank you!
