Fort Wayne, IN girl born 08/1/75 searching for biological family

Hi! I posted a thread in the main Search and Reunion area, but figure I should repost it here in the Indiana threads. My name is Jennifer and I was born on 8/1/75 in Fort Wayne at Lutheran Hospital. I am hoping to locate some biological family that can help me piece together my genetic past. I was adopted through the Catholic Services and it was finalized around 9/5/75 or 9/8/75. The lawyer handling the case was Jerome Henry. For a couple weeks before it was final, I stayed with a foster family who called me "Angel." I am not certain if that was my original birth name or not. I have not received my non-identifying info yet, but hopefully will receive it soon.
