TPR THOUGHTS?

We have TPR in the morning. We have adopted 3 of the siblings (parents surrendered) but now the parents want to fight for custody for the baby. We've had her since she was 3 weeks old. She was born drug exposed. Parents have completed very little on the plan but have passed some drug tests and made it to visits. They were in jail at the beginning of the case (for about 6 months) but she will be two in July. I just need some peace of mind for the morning. Does this seem like an easy case, ruled in our favor?
