Looking to find information about relatives of girl born 8/23/1977 Texas through Hope Cottage. I tried the DNA matching but no close matches or people who wouldn't respond to inquiries. All I have is a sheet of paper with some physical characteristics of my relatives. I have much respect for those who carry babies to adopt instead of aborting and letting us have a chance at life.

Dallas county will release your records. Just find out what court did your adoption. Call them and ask them for the form to send in.
