She's too old to be "legally" adopted in most states.
Unlikely that she will be approved in her wish.
She's a 30 year old adult, and should act like it. Denying her lifelong parents to have her birth "parents" adopt her is silly and a waste of time. She shares their DNA and can still have a relationship with them; destroying her parents who raised her by having her birth "parents" adopt her is a horrible thing for her to do. This adult woman shouldn't be denying her own parents (her "adoptive" parents) who raised her because she hasn't been close to them in a few years. What is the world coming to? She's a disgrace to adoptees.
