My family and I had a little girl in our home for two years (DCS never terminated parental rights) but was placed with her biological father. It's been a couple of years but my other daughter's have questions. Is there any way to look her up? Make sure she's okay.
The only thing I know to do is to contact DCS - maybe your past social worker - and see if there's any information they can share. That's sweet that your daughter was connected enough to still care. Good luck!

Have you tried ' SocialMediaing ' 'or ' Google ' or ' Zaba ' Searching ' the Parents???
Department of Children and Family Services will not be able to tell you anything. Due to confidentiality laws as well also.
The other component that I would recommend is finding either a Foster Care Family Support Group. That you can all attend, or some type of ' bereavement ' group to let your Daughters process their feelings and understanding...
