My state registry was BEYOND useless. They actually lost my original file completely. Completely useless state registry agency.
The other registries never were successful either, not since 2001. Not everyone who births a child wants to be found; most don't. It's great when people have success against the norm, but i never did.
Too much of finding a needle in a haystack.
