Hey Pamela,I'm not in the US so I can't speak to agencies, but there is a big active group on facebook called "Bulgaria Adoptions" and you will get great answers there! If you aren't on fb, its worth it to join for this season, in my opinion, nowhere else will you find such community! There are lots of other single moms in the group as well. :)
