Searching for my sister in laws biological father. She was born to Wilma Hulda Moore on 27 July 1948 in Harrisville, Ritchie County, West Virginia. She was adopted when her mother married Joseph Vincent Brand, Jr. of Stark County, Ohio. I am attaching a photo of her father, name unknown and we do not know who the little boy is in the photo either

I would recommend checking the adoption registries in case he is looking for her. Registry.adoption.com, ISRR.org and that state's registry would be the top three. She can take an Ancestry DNA test, and she might be able to use her matches to narrow him down. Also, you can join the Facebook group Adoptee Central and post the information you have shared here. They are an active search group and will try to help. Best of luck!
