El Paso Friends please help.....

I recently found out that my adopted son's (from another state) full biological siblings (boy and girl) were taken into care sometime late last year in El Paso. Who would I contact to find out how they are doing and if they are placed for adoption? Please note I do NOT wish to take placement of these kiddos if they are in a home wishing to adopt. We would absolutely support this other family in adopting these kids. We simply wish to exchange some information so their older brother (who is nearing five) may have that information someday should the children wish to connect. Also, we have medical files on both biological parents from our own case that may be relevant or helpful to this other family. The kiddos are Boy, born 2013, initials are AMM and Girl born 2015 initials SM (don't remember middle initial). We'd love to know they are safe but haven't had any luck figuring out who to contact.
