The judge often goes with what social services wants. It may take a couple of continuances before they TPR though. Hope it works out.
Was dad charged? If so and mom leaves him (physically moves out) and divorces him, she may get the kids back. Honestly, it's a crap shoot. My oldest was the victim of SA. I have him and one bio brother. Mom divorced dad but she still gave kids up. There is no way of knowing. But all efforts are made for reunification.
Depends on the Kids ages.
Depends on the rest of the Family. My state mandates reunification with the Biological Parents or some other type of Family Member.
I also agree with ' Millie58 ' . ' You have a ' crap shot ' . '
How is ' Life Today ' please??
