How do you talk to your kids about adopting again?

Talking to your kids about the possibility of adopting again can be hard. It's a pretty complicated concept. With biological children, the kids can see the belly and understand a little easier. There is always a risk of pregnancy loss, but with adoption you have to add in the possibility of a failed match. How did you prepare your children?
