Search For Karen, Birthmom! I was adopted out of Holy Family Services

I was born April 2, 1995 and was placed into foster care for three months before being adopted by my now family. I was born in Mission Veijo CA at Childrens Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). What I have been told: Birthmoms name is Karen, She was 20 or 21 when she had me, and she went to San Clemente High School. Any help is welcomed! Thank you Jordyn Workman
