What paperwork do you receive before adoption?

I have a quick question I haven't been on here for a couple of years. We currently have a 20month old FD that we will be adopting in 2/3 months and I can't remember the name of the paperwork or file you receive on the child a little before finalization. When we adopted my son 3 years ago we got it the week before finalization and it had all kinds of info on him and BM that we were never told almost like it was his whole redacted file of time in care. I want to ask the SW for it but I want to make sure I am asking for the correct paperwork. I know with my son we had to sign a form that we actually received it. I am also in CA if that matters.
