Is adoption advertising banned in Toronto?

Hi, recently, I read the adoption advertising law. I came to know that adoption advertising laws are been made strict in this year. So, if anyone is informed about the rules that exist in Canada, kindly share. We were about to share our advertisements both using online and offline platforms. But, if we are prohibited from advertising in Toronto, we will have to rethink about this.
