Changing Foster Agencies

Hello! We unhappy with our FFA and looking to transfer agencies. Anyone know if there's a legal precedence to getting our home study transferred to the new agency? Are we even legally entitled to getting a copy of our home study from our old agency? Also about how long does it take to change agencies? If we have a current foster child, would we jeopardize keeping him by changing FFA? Lastly if anyone has done a change in FFA recently and would like to share their experience, it would be very helpful! Any input would be greatly appreciated!
