We have had our great nephews for nearly a year. At the most recent JR, the magistrate changed the perm plan from RU to RU with concurrent adoption. In a month, we return to court for the TPR hearing. My concern is BF had done some of his case plan, then stopped. Then restarted. he hasn't paid any of his court-ordered child support or offered much of any support but has been to all visitations. BM didn't attend any visitations in the beginning. Then, after some time, in jail she began attending. She hasn't done much of her case plan either because she has been in and out of two rehabs in the last 12 months. I wonder since she is currently in a residential rehab if TPR will be denied and an extension given. Or, if we will continue with TPR since the kiddos are 2 and 11 months and they have no home and no vehicle.
Thoughts?
