Teen Boy Welcome Basket - Need suggestions

Hello! We will have a foster to adopt placement in our home before too long. We have specifically requested a 13 year old boy (a kid our son's age). We want to put together a welcome basket for him. What should we include? Should we include stuff like shampoo, soap, cologne, or should we take him to let him pick out his own stuff? We want him to have choices but we also don't want to have to run to the store as soon as he arrives.... What do you guys think? And what else could we put in his basket? Thank you in advance!
