I am looking for my uncle David Gary O'Carroll

I am looking for my uncle David Gary O'Carroll who was born in April 1969 in Westminster Middlesex England. He was illegitimate so he was put up for adoption. His parents went on to have 2 children Tracy Arnold (1978-) and Martin Arnold (1980-). My mother posted on this website in 2001 but has still not found David and would love to know if he is okay.
