My dad was born in Chicago on the 1st of February 1954, registered under the name 'Baby Boy Johnson' and given through private adoption to Dr. Leo Adler and Mrs. Blossom Adler. He was delivered by Dr. Alex Tulsky. We are looking for any possible birth family members. :)
