For years I've always wanted to adopt ( as a single) but I have a few worries regarding the homestudy. The more I read about it, the more worried I get! Things like being refused because you're fertile etc I have no criminal record, great stable job, a small house, no major health issues... But I am the QUEEN of getting parking tickets and I'm also very heavily tattooed, neck/throat included. Can this affect my homestudy? I know that regarding international adoption, China has a requirement that you can't be disfigured ( I'm not!) but since it's an esthetic requirement I wonder if I can be skipped.
