Searching for Birth Parents

I was adopted in born April of 1981 from the Johnson County Welfare Department in Franklin, IN. The only information I have about my biological parents is the following: My biological mother was 14 years old and was a ward of the court at the time of my birth and my biological father was between 16 -18 years old.
