Agencies in Eastern Pennsylvania?

Have you had any luck with this? I know this post was from July and it's February now,but I didn't see any answers.

If you are looking to foster to adopt... I just finished my homestudy with Friendship House in Pottstown, PA. I had an overall good experience, I haven't matched but it has only been a few days and I am hoping for a child under the age of 8.... fingers crossed the right child comes along.
