My son recently pled guilty to 2 charges of sexual assault a class one misdemeanor. He has boundary and impulse control issues. Between the charge and plea bargain he was isolated from other children and I let him use the Xbox a lot. Now he seems addicted to fortnight and isn’t complying with the terms of how probation. He tells me he is hoping another family will adopt him and lie to the probation officer.of course it seems obvious that we should take his Xbox away but at this point it’s an awful addiction and he goes ballistic when we take it away. Now we are thinking about wilderness boot camp for 90-120 days. I’m so sad and torn. Financially it will be devastating but I feel like we have run out of positive solutions. Anyone else have a teenage kid who was meth exposed whose problems more or less surfaced at puberty?
