Good evening, hope all is well, I have been researching for many months now on adoption on Bulgaria , I was wondering if anyone has adopted being English but living in Bulgaria as a domestic adoption rather then international? I find it hard to justify the cost of these adoption agency's? is there any funding in place to help? I know there are so many children needing loving homes , there are so many children just left on the streets as parents cant cope or want them, why is it so hard to be able to adopt and the long waiting time, I would love to adopt a toddler , What happens if I wanted to adopt in Bulgaria living there, would this make it easier? would there be any way to go through a private adoption like in the UK? kind regards Harvey x its such a interesting subject, I would be very happy to hear from anyone,
