A home buyer or seller has their own agent working in their clients' best interest with the other agent, escrow company, etc. Likewise... Are there independent adoption agents who (for a fee) directly advise the hopeful adoptive parents from Day #1 through adoption? Some who are very knowledgeable (like former agency staff who consult part-time in retirement etc).
