Looking for male born 10/11/86

I am helping a family member search for her son that she gave up for adoption at birth. He was born 10/11/86 at N. Shallowford Hospital near Dunwoody in Georgia. He was delivered by Dr. Joseph Tate. He had blonde, curly hair at birth. The adoption agency used was Friends of Children in Atlanta, which was closed a few years later.
