I am South African and my husband is Chinese. We live in China and would like to adopt from any country. Unfortunately, however, we have been told that we cannot adopt from China as South Africans cannot adopt Chinese babies. Furthermore, as an expat living abroad, it seems quite difficult to find any international adoption agency that can work with a family like ours. I am at quite a loss and have no idea how to proceed :(
