We are on the verge of losing my foster daughter to Great maternal aunt. My foster daughter was placed in our care when she was 3 days old and we were told this will be a fast track to adoption. After 4 months, we came to know her great maternal aunt is trying to get her transferred to Oregon through the ICPC process. We are looking for a lawyer and we are not sure where to start.
