I have a question I'm hoping someone will be able to help me with, I'm filling out adoption forms for my step son and in the section of Consent by a child it says I need a signature from a "Director's Delegate" or Lawyer I'm trying to avoid lawyers as they are expensive.. Does anyone happen to know what or who a Director's Delegate is?
