My husband has been in therapy for several years for depression and occasional anger management. He's on medication for both. I'm worried the anger management history may be an obstacle in getting licensed to foster. He has lost his temper and yelled, never anything more than that. I can't imagine him doing that around a child (and I would have him leave if he ever did), but is this something that should stop us from applying to foster, or that might be an obstacle in getting licensed?
