Anybody?? Non-american adopting outside America

Are there any *non-American* parents adopting *outside* the United States on here? The US is awesome, don't get me wrong! However, I am not American, I do not and have not ever lived in America, and I'm pursuing an international adoption. It would seem that virtually every resource points back to US-based agencies/programs/info. Anyone?
