I just learned of a half brother that I didn't know existed. Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to search for fathers names on birth certificates in Texas? Would DNA be a way to potentially find him? I only know that he would be between 44-54 years old and most likely born in Texas (maybe Houston). Someone mentioned Search Angels to me. Has anyone had experience with them? Thanks, C. Barker
