Hi my name is Dawn Wilkerson. I was born in August 1976, and adopteld by a Military American Family. For the last several few years I have spent a lot of time researching the whereabouts of my biological parents in the Philippines. In researching, I have come across a lot of conversation regarding falsified birth certificates. I believe I have exhausted all my options.
