Hello all, I was wondering if any one can help me with this question... my father in law was convicted of child annoyance - a misdemeanour. He was wrongfully accused but given an alcoholic public defender... anyway, not the point. My husband and I are trying to adopt and are wondering if his criminal history can disqualify us for adoption. He doesn’t live with us, not even in the same state, but we do see him ocasionally. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance Jane
