I was placed in foster care with other siblings, in Bayville New Jersey. I was young but older than a toddler, not sure on age.. My entire childhood is mystery as I’ve had friends who were undercover police help in my search but they couldn’t pull anything up on me let along my family.. My biological mother did reach out to me once via phone, she said her name I believe it was Nélida, but I am unsure. Once the caretakers learned of this I was quickly removed and placed in a different home temporarily. My siblings names are Maria “older sister lives in PA” , Johnny “ younger half brother lives in NJ”, other siblings- Unsure on names and location.. father unknown. I am Puerto Rican, 5’1 born 11-02-1981 according to foster care state issued birth certificate.. I am desperate to find them before it’s too late
