Hi, I am hoping to have some questions answered regarding adoption. I am writing a novel. A baby girl is given up for adoption in 1985. in 2005 she looks for and finds her mother. can anyone share with me where how they tracked down their birth parents? circa 2005? it seems like there are some different avenues. this takes place in Washington State. any details would be incredibly appreciated and useful.
