sibling Case Going to legal but we are missing the 4th sibling.

We are hitting the legal screening portion of our case that has been going on since 07-27-2019. Could any one give me insight to legal screenings what its like and how long it can take? I'm always wondering how things work to prepare myself but this one I'm stuck on. from SO IL if that helps with anything.
