Hi guys, I am very interested in becoming a foster parent here in the US. However I am not a citizen and also have no green card. Does anyone have experience with this situation? Which state does openly allow foreigners on a work visa to become foster parents? I hope I will find answers. It seems only Indiana and California, but maybe someone else has some information. Thank you.
