Hi, I registered for child adoption in India(CARA)in Sep18. I have recently moved to US under H1 visa. Request anyone to please answer my queries on adoption. 1.If I finalizing a child from India for adoption, how sooner will I get birth certificate, so that I can apply for passport. 3. Will there be any issue by US authority on stamping for H4 visa.? 4. Is there any US laws that I should be aware of regarding intercompany adoption. Thanks.
