Hi. I have been fostering my beautiful daughter for more than two years now. The agency had a clinical meeting last week and decided to recommend termination of parental rights/adoption. We have court this Tuesday. Our judge has been more aggressive in protecting her rights than the agency in the past so I know he will approve the goal change. My question is what happens next? Is there another hearing for termination? Any help you can lend would be very appreciated.
